Production process control

A scientific quality control system has been established in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard to guarantee the quality of the production process.

Product quality control

In the design stage, a “three-level review system” is adopted to ensure that accurate design drawings are used in production; all steps in the process of manufacturing and construction shall strictly abide by the quality rules so that unqualified products shall never flow into the next step; before products leave factories, they will go through strict checks by full-time inspectors to guarantee the 100% qualification rate; after the project installation is completed, full-time inspectors will check the construction quality to ensure that it can pass the acceptance test at the first time.

After-sales service management

CNTY has a dedicated after-sales service team composed of engineers and senior technicians and the team is equipped with special vehicles and tools. They can respond quickly to any enquiries and provide quality services.
