On October 17, 2017, CNTY won the bid for a rural service project of market operation in Xiangcheng, with a price of 47.6 million yuan/year and a service period of 10 years.

Located in the southeastern part of Henan Province, Xiangcheng has a population of 1.21 million and a geographical area of 1,090 square kilometers. In 2011, it won the title of “China's Best City for Investment” and “China's Top Ten Cities with Development Potential”. This project covers 416 administrative villages in 15 towns of Xiangcheng. The total number of households in the service area is 248,400, with a statistical population of 1,052,632. With market-oriented operation, this project will contribute to improving the rural environmental management and building a beautiful Xiangcheng.
